The deliveries
Packages are usually shipped within 3- 4 working days upon receipt of payment. They are sent via French post by ecopli letter if you order in France or international priority letter. Packages that do not come in the format required for the two previous modes are sent by the French post with a tracking number.
Depending on the announcement, some deliveries are free while the others correspond to the prices of printable stamps offered by French Poste to professionals.
Geek 3D assumes the risks related to the deliveries of the products and commits to return them if they are not delivered or if they are damaged during the reception.
To limit pollution, Geek 3D strives to limit the use of unnecessary packaging.
Returns accepted
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, from the receipt of the package, the buyer has a period of 14 days of reflection to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Geek 3D is committed to support the costs of returns if the announcement of the product includes the mention "free return". The purchase of the product will be refunded upon return to the seller, only the costs of the initial delivery will not be refunded.
